Returns Policy
As every item is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. The only exception applies if the product is defective or has been damaged during transit. In this case please get in touch with us (with proof of photos) immediately after receiving your parcel. However, you can cancel an order before it enters the production stage (3 hours after purchase). To cancel your order, please contact us at hello@olivelyhome.com.
